Our Story

At the heart of our brewing process is a defining characteristic that sets us apart — all of our beers are brewed using natural Glastonbury Spring Water, sourced from beneath the famous Tor. This unique water source imparts a distinctive character and flavour profile to our beers, giving them a true sense of place and an unmistakable identity.

In addition to our beers, we have expanded our offerings to include unique small-batch ciders, redefining the traditional Somerset drink. Crafted from locally sourced apples that grow in the shadow of Glastonbury Tor, our ciders reflect both the richness of the land and the heritage of the region.

We are honoured to have received recognition for our excellence in brewing. We were awarded the title of Best Draft Craft Beer in South England by SIBA, as well as the Taste of the West Gold for two of our core beers, Hedge Monkey and Lady of the Lake, along with a gold award for our seasonal beer, Thriller.
